Ai Weiwei-isms in New York City
Student project at Parsons School of Design
Instructor—Ken Meier

A series of posters designed in the aim of reflecting Ai Weiwei’s statements. They were laser printed on self-designed newspaper, and then abandoned on streets. The newspaper is a recreation based on China Daily (the most influential bi-lingual newspaper in New York City), featuring articles about endangered internet freedom and personal privacy.
